This Privacy Policy applies only to Online Special Permit and is valid for applicants of the system with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in Online Special Permit. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this system.

The Online Special Permit makes use of cookies to store record session information in which various inquiries on the browser are assigned within the entire session. This enables the system to recognize the computer used as that of a former visitor when you return. The session cookies are deleted once the browser is closed.

Preventive measures are constantly enforced to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
The data provided on the Online Special Permit shall be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Any inaccuracy or error in the data may be altered by contacting the office utilizing the system.
